    Description

Axis IP Verso 2.0 Modular Intercom with HD camera – Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger.

The second generation of the world’s best-selling IP intercom Axis IP Verso 2.0 boasts a wide-angle, full-HD camera and a new ARTPEC-7 processor that powers advanced features such as QR code reading. Enjoy unparalleled modularity, superb image quality and a wide variety of access methods.

    Harder chassis

The Axis® IP Verso 2.0 boasts a new chassis made of anodised aluminium. This makes the IP intercom body much stronger, and it holds its shape perfectly during installation without a single dent. The chassis itself also serves as a heatsink for the new more powerful processor.

    Better camera

Enhance the security of projects and the peace of mind of those answering video calls from the Axis IP Verso 2.0 thanks to the new Full HD camera. This new wide-angle camera provides crystal-clear colour images and supports WDR: a function which lightens dark areas and darkens overexposed parts of images.  This means no more black silhouettes in cases when the sun is shining directly behind the visitor. Another advantage is the perfectly maintained image colour – even in very low light conditions. It’s only in complete darkness (rather than dusk) that the IP intercom will switch to night mode and use IR illumination.

    Faster Access

Allow users to access buildings at lightning speed thanks to the support of multiple access technologies! In addition to the current access methods offered by the Axis IP Verso (traditional RFID and PIN code, fingerprint and modern mobile access based on Bluetooth or NFC), the new generation of this IP intercom will also support QR code access – a great, quick solution for one-time visits / temporary access

    Stronger capabilities

The IP intercom features an Axis ARTPEC-7 processor which has taken the features offered to another level. Our parent company Axis leads the way in IP cameras, and the processor gives the Axis IP Verso 2.0 excellent image quality, efficient video stream compression, and enough power for new advanced features such as QR code access and advanced motion detection

    Features & Benefits
    • Exceptional Colour – The full-HD camera maintains image colour even in low light conditions. Whilst other cameras might need to switch to night mode at dusk, the Axis IP Verso 2.0 can last until total darkness.
    • Unbeatable Clarity – Sun shining brightly behind the visitor? Not a problem. The WDR-capable lens balances scenes with large variance between bright and dark areas: meaning no more black silhouettes.
    • Flexible Access Methods – Besides the classic access methods PIN and RFID, the intercom also offers fast and reliable mobile access powered by WaveKey, and now QR codes, too! Great for one-off credentials.
    • Endless Possibilities – Build the Axis IP Verso 2.0 according to the customer’s needs. It comes in either nickel or black finish, and allows you to combine 20 different modules to make up a truly unique intercom.
    • Three Installation Options – Choose the installation method that fits your project best. Install Axis IP Verso 2.0 on the wall, flush mounted or on glass.
    • Highly Durable Chassis – The new chassis, made of durable anodised aluminium, is super strong and will hold its shape perfectly during installation, even on uneven surfaces, without a single dent.
    • Minimal Storage Requirements – Axis’ Zipstream technology reduces Full-HD streams’ bitrate and storage requirements by an average of 50% compared to H.264.
    • Optional Modules – Keypad, Card Reader, Bluetooth, Fingerprint Reader, Touch Display, Info panel, Multiple call buttons etc.
    • Customising Options – Axis IP Verso includes two module frame with Call Button module mounted leaving an open slot for one optional additional module to be added into the open slot. More modules can also be added if required by adding mounting frames.
